THE GYM
In the gym we offer everything from personal training, small group class, powerboard training, weight loss clubs and much much more.
Kitted out from top to toe with Matrix Cardio and Cybex Resistance equipment we have everything you need to lose those pounds, gain or improve fitness, meet new people and create a fun environment to train in.
Whats more we believe that every person is unique so no "off the shelf" programs for us. We tailor every persons program specifically to them.
THE POOL
This is where much of the magic at THB happens.
Here at THB we are lucky enough to have a state of the art Endless swimming pool, where we offer private swimming lessons from beginners to advanced swimmers and in some cases national level triathletes. All ages and ability welcome.
Equiped with state of the art video technology we will be able to assess the swim technique and provide excellent feedback and coaching.

THB Wellness Centre is a peaceful and tranquil place. A place where you can relax and unwind with a massage or even a pedicure. you can even relax in the pool between treatments.
With our fully comprehensive beauty service we can cater for all.
